Semasea’s® Cultural Assessment and Evolution Process © makes it possible for the Company’s leadership to determine what beliefs held by employees support its strategic vision, and which ones need to be transformed.

Based on this assessment, Semasea® in collaboration with the Company, custom designs a cultural process, providing the company with the ability to train and coach its own people to practice behaviors and values that will support the Company’s strategic vision.
