we would ask you in order to make the same determination.
1. Is the senior leader of your organization the driving
force behind the need for change?
2. Are the values of your senior leadership compatible with the values
expressed in our Mission?
3. Does the senior leadership of your organization
view the need for change as critical or optional?
4. Does the senior leadership of your organization agree on the kinds
of organizational changes needed?
5. Would the senior leadership of the organization be open to the idea
that some Semasea® processes require time and are not quick fixes?
6. Would each of the senior leaders in the organization be receptive to
changes in their leadership style in support of the cultural changes they
would elect to make?
If these questions seem reasonable and appropriate, we would welcome the
