Dino Biris received his B.A. in English and Dramatic Literature
from Hiram College. He holds a B.D. from the Divinity School and an M.A.
in psychiatric social work, both from the University of Chicago.
In 1969, Dino founded and directed The Center for Psychotherapy in Geneva,
Illinois in which he pioneered a wholistic approach to the treatment of
adult victims of childhood abuse and depravation. In 1983, this work brought
him to the attention of Baxter Healthcare Corporation. At Baxter, he served
as coach and advisor to the 200 senior executives of the company.
In 1986, Dino established his consulting practice, which today has evolved
into Semasea®. The company has served clients throughout the United
States, Canada, Europe and the Far East.

Robin co-founded
Growing Edge, Inc., an organization development firm, in 1978. He has
a deep and varied background in training, executive coaching, consulting
and culture change projects. His specialties include: executive coaching
and teambuilding with leaders of high level corporate teams through- out
the United States, Europe, the Middle East and South America.
Previous to consulting work Robin worked in the medical
community and is a specialist in acute emergency care. For several years
he worked as a consultant and program manager for Boston University’s
School of Management. He has also been an instructor for the North Carolina
Outward School and assisted them in developing corporate management courses.
He received additional training in training and consulting skills from
MATC. Robin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill.
